A short page, because The Flow is a small piece of software with one person behind it.
Write to artur.abacilar@abko.com.tr. One person reads it. Say what you were doing and what happened instead, and it will be looked at properly.
On the sign-in screen, press Forgot your password? and use one of the recovery codes you were given when you made the account. Each code works once; case and dashes do not matter. If you no longer have them, write to the address above.
You were shown ten of them once, when you signed up. If you did not keep them, open Settings → Account → Recovery codes and make a new set — the old ones stop working the moment you do. Do this before you need them: the moment you need them is the moment you can no longer sign in to come and make them.
Open the app once and make sure you are signed in — the widget reads through the app's connection, so it has nothing to show until the app has run at least once. It refreshes roughly every fifteen minutes; iOS decides exactly when.
Settings → Connect to Claude. The assistant can read your Flow and cannot change anything, and you can disconnect it at any time from the same place.
Settings → Account → Delete my account and everything in it. It is immediate and permanent, and there is no copy kept.
